Onboard the Service and Connect Endpoints to the Network

The Onboarding process includes the auto-provisioning of the phones for initially connected to the network. The customer should provide with a list of MAC addresses of the devices to manage in Live Platform.

The following methods can be deployed to perform this action:

Onboard service using AudioCodes Redirect Server with Essential license type, see Onboard using Redirect Server with 'Essential' or 'Pro' License

Onboard service using AudioCodes Redirect Server with Essential + AI Summary license type, see Onboard using Redirect Server with 'Essential + AI Summary' or 'Pro + AI Summary' License

Onboard service using DHCP Option 160: When configured, this method takes priority over AudioCodes Redirect Server, see Onboard using DHCP Option 160

Make sure all phones designated for auto-provisioning have a network set up to connect to either the Redirect Server or DHCP Server.
